THE HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE A LIFT
All rooms with bath or shower, wc, direct phone, satellite tv, hair dryer, safe box.
No extra charge for jacuzzi, sauna and steam room free Wi-Fi.
Rates are quoted net: taxes and service included, except tourist tax.
With your confirmation, please indicate the exact dates of your stay (arrival and departure). After eight days, your booking cannot be held without confirmation.
The hotel is not liable for valuables not deposited in the safe.
Special diets prepared according to medical prescription.
Invoices for stays are payable weekly.
Use of hotel fitness facilities (Jacuzzi, steam bath and sauna) and pool in summer at no additional charge. Only small pets (under 3kg) can be accepted at the chalet annex if specifically requested (7/€ day excluding food).
Sorry, pets are not allowed in the restaurant or on the restaurant terrace.
BOOKING DEPOSIT
Any cancellation, reduction of a booked stay or postponed stay represents a loss to the hotel keeper: it is customary to accept withdrawn bookings, however compensation is in order.
No booking will be secured without a deposit of 300 € for 1 guest and 500 € for 2 guests.
This deposit will be credited to the last payment due once all obligations have been fulfilled and will be automatically retained by the hotel in the event of total or partial non-fulfilment.
